Honestly, it's not that bad. Having someone who can pass any strength event is nice, and you can give them weapons like a sledge or a scythe that they can use rather well. A max fitness of two is still managable since you can throw just about everything around you when you're running out of stamina, but you really should have a high fitness character on your team to balance it out. I've had a lot of success with TSTC and resilient type, but I also got used to playing really low fitness characters as the first ones I created had 0 fitness each. It's pretty good, but it does have its downsides. I have tried it on a character and it worked well. But it tends to be more usefull depending on the terrain.

For example if your cramped into like a gas station for a gas station siege and you have nowhere to run and cool off in your kinda in trouble but if your in say a yall mart and you have a place to chill out and cool down it is really usefull. Its almost a gaurenteed kill with basically anything. Motocross action games.
